Were praying for you. Its 1 pm so you should almost be to Detroit. The guys thought for sure you were already on the airplane. Hi, everyone we made it safe last night =) The plane trip was a lot of fun!! The med went through very good and we are all safe. we went to the buliding site and it took us about a hour and a half to get there. we got the all the dry wall and outside of the houses put up today. Time for devo with Dan

I am grateful that I do not have to drag you out of bed this morning. I did not have to get out of bed untill 6:00. Everything around here is pretty normal but I think it is toooooo quiet. Mom was so excited to hear from you last night at 10:00pm that she started snoring. Well maybe things are not so quiet. Our van broke down at the corner, thankfully only Mom and Papa were in it,so Mom got her excercise. We did not go to bible study without a car, so we finished the book “The Captive” instead. Mr.Geisel loaned us his old truck for now. Pray for Grandma J.,she has an infection in her leg and is in the hospital. So the Kiekover drama still continues even when your gone. I would love to hear about the families you are helping, so write soon.

As you heard we have had excitement around here. I will try to write to you in the morning and at night and check it then to. Sorry I did not write back last night, I thought you would not check it till evening again and that I had time to write this morning. But if you can check it both times that will be great.
We are praying for the families you are building the houses for. We are praying for open hearts to accept the Lord.
Also, I wondered if the booklets you had in spanish can be passed out or maybe give them to the pastor for things to give that the people can read.

Of course its me again. Just wanted to give you an update on Grandma. I talked to her this morning and she was doing o.k. Pray that the antibiotics start working and help also with the pain.
Grandma says hi and wondered how you were doing in the high altitude. Just make sure to drink lots of Water!!!!!!

Oh boy, what a wonderful blessing to Our Lord and Savior that you followed the calling of the Holy Spirit to tend to the children of the world. We are so very honored that your our darling granddaughter.. Grandpa and you will have much to talk about when you get home, having been on many mission trips also. I Pray that you will take time to learn the culture and traditions of the people. Maybe some recipes too, :>)

Little boys went to chuckie cheese last night,but ate pizza hut pizza. You had domino’s Pizza. How far away was the pizza place?

Life is still exciting around here with out you but I am missing you today. We won’t tell you that we got to sleep in today till 7:30 (Ha, Ha). Glad we don’t have to get you out of bed at 5 am. Are you happy that early in the morning or are you drinking lots of strong coffee?
the van is fixed. Something with the gas pedal would not move. But Romyns to the rescue and $$$$$$ of course but were moving again.
I wrote my first book report today on the book. “Throw me overboard”
It was a great book about honesty. I didn’t want to do it, but I went upstairs and wrote the whole thing in 2 pgs. and it was not soo bad.

Last night when we were out with the boys Josiah said, “Look at the moon, it is a cresent!” I replied ,” Yes it is, And it is the same moon that Anna sees.” To that he continued asking questions about the earth’s rotation and declared we do not feel the earth move. And How can Anna see the same moon if she is so far away. Gods world is sooo big and He planned it just right. We were out around 9:30 our time, that would be 8:30 your time. Is it dark there already. Tell us what time you see the moon and we will both look at it at the same time. Pretty cool.
The boys also have color pictures that they are saving for you to open when you get home.
How did your day go today? Are you drinking enough? Is your water bottle holding up? I found a better one for you of course as soon as we got back from droping you off.
Sara wants to know if you read her letter, you big p.t. ? Remember what that means? If not look again at Sara’s note.
Have you scared anyone in the morning with your wild hair? Is the humidity high and making it curl beautifully? Or are you plastering it down?
Josiah wants you to figure out a riddle. Why did the little boy throw the clock out the window? He wants this to happen you so can come home again. The answer: He wanted to see time fly. HA HA HA HA
Josiah knew you probably need a Josiah joke to cheer you up. and remind you of home. Gabe say “I love You” and when we ate his valentine hearts one said Miss you and he said we miss Anna lots.
Were praying that you touched the hearts of the families today when the homes were dedicated. The smiles on their faces will tell it all.
Just to think of never having a home and you helped build it for them plus planted a seed for an eternal home.

I just got off the phone with Grandma J. She wants me to let you know that she is thinking and praying for you and missing you. She is still in the hospital. She has a bacterial infection in her foot and lower leg. She is not eating well yet and last night she had a fever again. She said she’s learning patience slowly. She wants to go home but will be staying another night. Pray for her meds to start working quickly and that she feels better too.
She said she would love to be writing to you. She tried last night but it did not go, maybe complications on website or just because she was in the hospital.
Know that we all love you!!!!

In one of the blogs I read that the Mayor said that if you had not come from so far away, who would have told them about Jesus.
Anna, what a wonderful way God is using you and your team and Paradise Bound. Continue being a blessing. And hope you will be getting home safely tonight from the villages on the coast. Were praying at this very moment that many hearts will turn to Jesus tonight. It’s 7:30 here so 6:30 your time.

Hi mom I am doing fine we have been working very hard and unless I want to wake up sick i need my rest=) we are going to leave at 4:30 am on tuesday and we will get in to mi around 6pm and from there we are going to travel but it will around 10:30 before we get by you. sue would like to know if she can get a ride home with us. well it is only 6am here and the sun is up. sue sue and i are going with the team to the market today

Just thought you would like to share in our farm excitement here.
This morning Becca went to the barn to do chores. She started telling daisy that if she did not have babies papa would sell her. and she started pushing. Becca ran to the house to get Sara. By the time Sara got there maybe 5 minutes later and she already had her first. A little girl all brown with white spotty ears just like her mother.
Wow!!! What a morning. Just the coldest and snowiest one of the month.
well Becca just came in with pictures she is adorable. The goat, Becca too. Now were preparing for #2.
Just thought you would like to know. Were suposed to have 4-10 inches of snow today. It is to let up for tomorrow night. Were looking forward to picking you up and seeing you soon.

Isaac, Josiah and I are listening to pull up a chair while the rest of the kids are outside enjoying the snow. Jonathon is pulling everyone on the sleds. Great to burn off some energy.

We are all missing you and the kids all wanted to go along to welcome you home, but since its late maybe just some.

I hope you had a great time at the market and a good chicken dinner.
Isaac, Josiah and I are listening to pull up a chair while the rest of the kids are outside enjoying the snow. Jonathon is pulling everyone on the sleds. Great to burn off some energy.
Well I thought maybe on the plane ride you can listen to pull up a chair and think of home and reflect on the blessings God has given you this week.
We are all missing you and the kids all wanted to go along to welcome you home, but since its late maybe just some.
Do you have some snacks left for tomorrows trip? I will bring along some quench and some food for when we pick you up. Any suggestions?????
